Connecticut Valley CLO to redeem six series of its notes in full

Minneapolis, Feb. 4 - Connecticut Valley CLO Funding, IV Ltd. called all of its class A-1 notes, class A-2 notes, class A-3 notes, class B notes, class C notes and income notes, the company announced in a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 10.

The redemption price for the rated notes will be 100% of the outstanding amount plus accrued interest.

The redemption price for the income notes will be an amount equal to all principal proceeds payable on the notes under the priority of payments.

Investors Bank and Trust Co. is the trustee.
