Des Moines, Nov. 8 - ConjuChem Biotechnologies Inc. arranged a public offering of units for C$120.25 million.
The underwriters, a syndicate led by Dundee Securities Corp. and including Sprott Securities Inc., Orion Securities Inc. and Versant Partners Inc., have agreed to purchase 57.69 million units of one share and one half-share warrant at C$0.65 per unit.
They will also offer up to 127.31 additional units at the same price on a best-efforts basis.
Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$1.00 for three years.
Montreal-based ConjuChem develops medicines from therapeutic peptides.
