Moody's lowers Condell Medical, Ill., to Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded the bond rating of Condell Medical Center, Ill., to Baa3 from Baa2. The action affects $132 million of rated debt issued through the Illinois Health Facility Financing Authority.

Moody's said the rating remains on its Watchlist and will be reviewed again within 90 days.
