New Issue: Comtech prices $150 million four-year notes to yield 10%

New York, June 11 - Comtech sold a $150 million offering of four-year notes to yield 10%.

The deal priced at par for a spread of 55 basis points over two-year Treasuries.

Trust Investment Bank brought the Regulation S deal to market.

The notes are due June 19, 2011 and are putable on June 19, 2009.

Comtech is a Moscow-based mining and metals company.

Coupon: 10%
