New Issue: Compagnie Generale de Geophysique prices upsized $55 million add-on at 10.617%

St. Louis, Mo., Feb. 5 - Compagnie Generale de Geophysique priced an upsized $55 million add-on to its 10 5/8% senior notes due Nov. 15, 2007 (Ba3/BB) to yield 10.617% Tuesday, according to a syndicate official.
The offering was increased from the announced size of $50 million.
Noting price talk of "par," the official commented: "We priced right on top of talk."
RBC Capital Markets and Salomon Smith Barney were joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A deal.
