Communications Corp. of America posts $967,186 August income from operations

Portland, Ore., Sept. 28 - Communications Corp. of America, Inc. reported $967,186 of income from operations for August on $6.01 million in revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
The figures compared to $464,089 of income from operations for July on $5.43 million in revenues.
The net loss for August was $3.69 million, compared with a July net loss of $4.06 million.
Cash on Aug. 31 was $7.12 million. The cash balance at the end of July was $7.29 million.
Communications Corp. of America, a Lafayette, La., television station owner, filed for bankruptcy on June 7, 2006. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-50410
