Communications Corp. of America reports $1.64 million in May income from operations

Pittsburgh, July 3 - Communications Corp. of America, Inc. reported $1.64 million of income from operations for May on $7.2 million in revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
The May figures showed improvement over a $1.11 million May income from operations on $6.2 million in revenues.
The net loss for May was $2.82 million, improved from a $3.25 million April net loss.
Cash on May 31 was $5.97 million, compared with $6.1 million at the end of April.
Communications Corp. of America, a Lafayette, La., television station owner, filed for bankruptcy on June 7, 2006. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-50410.
