Chicago, Sept. 25 – Commerzbank AG sold €600 million of 5.25% green senior non-preferred notes due 2029, according to a notice.

The callable notes have a fixed-to-floating structure.

Commerzbank AG, Credit Agricole CIB, Danske Bank AS, Natixis and UBS are the managers.

Commerzbank is based in Frankfurt.
