Washington, March 12 - Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc. priced a private placement of units for up to C$2.4 million.
The company plans to sell up to 6 million units of one share and one warrant at C$0.40 per unit. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.50 for one year.
Proceeds from the non-brokered deal will be used for working capital and exploration and development of a molybdenum property in British Columbia.
Columbia Yukon is a resource exploration company based in West Vancouver, B.C.
