Colombia seeks to sell global bonds due 2032, 2042

Chicago, April 19 – The Republic of Colombia is in the market with a two-part offering of global bonds due 2032 and 2042, according to 424B3 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes offering is being managed by BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general budgetary purposes.

Both bonds feature the option of a make-whole redemption. The 2032 notes are redeemable with a make-whole premium until three months prior to maturity and the 2042 have the same option until six months before maturity.
