Moody's rates C&A facility B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 rating to Collins & Aikman Products Co.'s proposed new guaranteed senior secured supplemental revolving credit facility, to be added by amendment to the company's existing credit agreement dated as of Dec. 20, 2001.

Moody's additionally confirmed Collins & Aikman's SGL-3 speculative grade liquidity rating after incorporating the impact of the proposed changes to the credit agreement. All of the company's existing debt ratings and its negative rating outlook remain unchanged.
