S&P affirms Colima

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its A(mx) national-scale rating on the State of Colima, United Mexican States.

The outlook remains stable.

S&P noted that the ratings reflect Colima's professional management, with proven institutional procedures, and improving level of modifiable revenue, adding that the ratings are constrained by deteriorating budgetary performance.
