Cofinimmo sells €70 million 10-year 1.7% bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 26 – Wednesday saw very little in the way of private placement offerings, but Belgian real estate company Cofinimmo SA reported that it sold €70 million of 10-year 1.7% bonds in a private placement.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp. was the agent for the offering.
