Coca-Cola to offer fixed-, floating rate notes due 2019, 2026

Charlotte, N.C., May 25 – Coca-Cola Co. plans to offer fixed- and floating-rate notes due 2019 and fixed-rate notes due 2026, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Coca-Cola is an Atlanta-based beverage company.
