Coca-Cola to sell fixed-rate notes due 2025, 2027, 2030, 2040, 2050

New York, March 20 – The Coca-Cola Co. is planning to price five tranches of fixed-rate notes due in 2025, 2027, 2030, 2040 and 2050, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions of or investments in businesses or assets and repayment of short- or long-term borrowings.

Coca-Cola is an Atlanta-based beverage company.
