Cobra Oil & Gas orchestrates $10 million private placement of equity

Knoxville, Tenn., July 8 - Cobra Oil & Gas Co. said it will sell up to $10 million of stock to Baden Energy Group Inc. in a private placement. It plans to raise at least $4 million in this deal.

Cobra Oil & Gas is an oil and gas exploration company based in Houston.
