Coach amends revolving credit facility to extend to September 2019

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Sept. 10 – Coach, Inc. said it entered into the third amendment to its credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as administrative agent to extend the maturity of its senior unsecured revolving credit facility to Sept. 9, 2019 from March 26, 2018.

Coach is a New York-based luxury leather goods company.
