Moody's could lift CNO
Moody's Investors Service said it placed the ratings of CNO Financial Group on review for upgrade.
In addition, Moody's placed the Ba1 insurance financial strength ratings of CNO's primary life insurance subsidiaries on review for possible upgrade.
"The review for upgrade of CNO's credit ratings reflects the substantial headway that the company has made in improving its financial profile and in enhancing its risk management," Moody's vice president and senior credit officer Ann Perry said in a news release.
