New Issue: Climate Exchange sells £12.23 million of stock to Goldman Sachs

Des Moines, Sept. 20 - Climate Exchange plc arranged a private placement of stock with Goldman Sachs for £12,231,188.
The investor bought 4,174,467 shares for 293p each.
The placement is conditional on the completion of a merger in which Climate Exchange will acquire the 60% of the issued share capital in Chicago Climate Exchange, Inc.
London-based Climate Exchange invests in greenhouse gas emissions trading systems.
