By Kali Hays

New York, June 24 – ClearEdge Power, Inc.’s June 24 hearing to approve its proposed bid procedures related to the sale of substantially all of its assets has been continued to June 26, according to a docket entry with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.

The company will file an amended bid procedures motion by 5 p.m. PST on Wednesday.

The sale motion is expected to be filed on June 30 with a sale hearing to be conducted July 11, according to the entry.

As previously reported, the bid deadline for the assets is June 25 and ClearEdge said it would designate any stalking horse bidder immediately after the deadline.

ClearEdge, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based designer, manufacturer and seller of generation fuel cell systems, filed bankruptcy on May 1. Its Chapter 11 case number is 14-51955.
