New Issue: Clark County, Nev., prices $103.37 million airport system notes

New York, June 5 – Clark County, Nev., sold $103,365,000 of series 2014B airport system subordinate-lien revenue notes, said a pricing sheet.

The notes (A2/A/) were sold through senior manager Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The notes are due July 1, 2018 and have a 5% coupon priced at 115.051 to yield 1.14%.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements at the McCarran International Airport.
