New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.75 million buffered digital notes linked to Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.75 million of 0% buffered digital notes due June 8, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index return is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout will be $1,127.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to index declines beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
