New Issue: Citigroup prices $45,000 0% barrier securities linked to Dow, Nasdaq, Russell
Chicago, Oct. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $45,000 of 0% barrier securities due Sept. 30, 2027 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 250% of the worst performing index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 80%. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends above the 70% barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier.
