New York, Dec. 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $8.44 million of 0% PLUS due March 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 24%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
