Columbus, Ohio, May 17 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $14 million of 0% step down trigger autocallable notes due May 15, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par of $10 plus 8.2% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on a annual observation date or closes at or above its downside threshold on May 12, 2026, the final valuation date. The downside threshold for each index is 70% of its initial level.
If the notes are not subject to an automatic call, investors will be exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the underwriters.
