Citi plans 0% 31/2-year buffered digital plus notes linked to the Dow

Chicago, Nov. 1 - Citigroup Funding Inc. plans to price 0% buffered digital plus notes due May 27, 2015 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any index gain and the upside payment of $270 to $320 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact amount will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses, with a minimum payout of $100 per $1,000 principal amount.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price and settle in November.

The Cusip is 1730T0PV5.
