New Issue: Citigroup prices $15.1 million notes linked to Hang Seng China Enterprises

New York, Aug. 25 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced a $15.1 million issue of Stock Market Upturn notes due March 7, 2008 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payment at maturity will be par plus triple any gain on the index, capped at 30%. If the index declines, noteholders will participate fully in the loss.
