New Issue: China's Citic Bank prices $300 million 7¼% notes due 2019 at par

Atlanta, April 11 - China's Citic Bank priced $300 million five-year notes (expected rating: Ba3) at par to yield 7¼%, a market source said.
Citigroup, HSBC, RBS, ANZ, BBVA and CLSA were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
Citic Bank is based in Hong Kong.
