China's CIFI Holdings plans offering of dollar-denominated notes

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 14 - CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a company announcement.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and Royal Bank of Scotland plc are the bookrunners and lead managers.

The company plans to use the proceeds of the Regulation S deal to refinance debt, to acquire new projects or land for development, to develop existing projects and/or for general corporate purposes.

CIFI is a property development, investment and management business based in Shanghai.
