China South City eyes notes offering, taps eight banks as bookrunners

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 13 – China South City Holdings Ltd. said it plans to conduct an international offering of notes.

UBS, Credit Suisse, HSBC, Guotai Junan International, AMTD, China Securities International, Haitong International and China Merchants Securities (HK) are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the proposed Regulation S deal. UBS, Credit Suisse, HSBC and Guotai Junan International will also act as joint global coordinators.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general working capital purposes.

China South City is based in Hong Kong and develops and operates large-scale, integrated logistics and trade centers in China.
