Fitch rates China South City notes B

Fitch Ratings said it assigned China South City Holdings Ltd.’s upcoming dollar-denominated senior notes a B rating with an RR4 recovery rating.

“The proposed notes are rated at the same level as CSC’s senior unsecured rating because they will constitute its direct and senior unsecured obligations,” Fitch said in a press release.

CSC intends to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
