New Issue: Broward County School, Fla., sells $125 million short-term notes

New York, Sept. 29 – The Broward County School District of Florida sold $125 million of series 2015 tax anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.

The notes (MIG1) were sold competitively.

The notes are due Jan. 29, 2016 and have a 0.75% coupon priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditures for the district for the coming fiscal year.
