Fitch rates Brazil global bonds BB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a prospective BB- rating to the new 20-year U.S. dollar-denominated global bonds to be issued by the government of Brazil.

The outlook is stable.

Brazil's sovereign ratings reflect the strong international trade performance of South America's largest economy, its declining public and external debt burdens, and a demonstrated commitment to sound macroeconomic policies.
