Intesa Sanpaolo’s Banca IMI to price $300 million seven-year notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 24 – Intesa Sanpaolo SpA subsidiary Banca IMI SpA is preparing to sell $300 million of fixed-rate notes due Oct. 23, 2026, according to an admission notice.

Based in Milan, Banca IMI is the investment bank of the Intesa Sanpaolo group.
