Brakes Capital to pay down credit facility debt with notes proceeds

New York, Nov. 18 - Brakes Capital expects to repay borrowings under its senior credit facility using proceeds from a £200 million senior secured notes offering, according to a news release.

Brakes is an England-based foodservice distributor.
