New York, March 17 - Boyd Corp. will hold a bank meeting at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday to launch a $310 million credit facility, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp. is the sole lead on the deal.

The facility consists of a $35 million revolver and a $275 million covenant-light term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, fund an acquisition and pay a dividend.

Boyd is a Modesto, Calif.-based manufacturer and supplier of custom fabricated sealing and energy management components for OEMs.
