Fitch rates Boston Scientific notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it has assigned a rating of BBB to Boston Scientific Corp.'s planned $1.2 billion senior unsecured note issue.

In addition, Fitch said it has affirmed Boston Scientific's issuer default rating at BBB, senior unsecured notes at BBB, unsecured bank credit facility at BBB and commercial paper at F2.

The outlook is stable.
