New Issue: England's Bond Aviation prices £200 million Libor plus 575 bps notes at 99.75

Portland, Ore., May 2 - Bond Mission Critical Services plc priced a £200 million issue of six-year Libor plus 575 basis points senior secured floating-rate notes (B2/B/) at 99.75 on Wednesday, according to a market source.
Joint bookrunner JPMorgan will bill and deliver. KKR and RBS were also joint bookrunners.
The Staverton, England-based helicopter services provider plans to use the proceeds to repay debt.
