Blue Coat Systems plans to launch second-lien debt next week

New York, June 5 - Blue Coat Systems Inc. is planning to launch new second-lien debt early in the week of June 10, according to a market source.

Jefferies Finance LLC is leading the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund a dividend.

Total leverage will be 6 times, the source added.

Blue Coat is a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based web security company.
