New Issue: Singapore’s BOC Aviation issues $400 million 2 5/8% notes due 2025

New York, Jan. 17 – BOC Aviation Ltd. has issued $400 million of 2 5/8% notes (A-) due 2025, according to a Singapore Stock Exchange notice on Friday.

The notes are expected to be listed on the Singapore exchange effective on Jan. 20.

Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., BNP Paribas and BOCI Asia Ltd. are the bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

BOC Aviation is a global aircraft leasing company based in Singapore.
