Los Angeles, Sept. 11 – BOC Aviation Ltd. issued $500 million of 3% notes (A-/A-) due 2029 on Wednesday, according to a Singapore Stock Exchange notice.
BOCI Asia Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., J.P. Morgan SEA Ltd. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
BOC Aviation is a global aircraft leasing company based in Singapore.
