Fitch gives Bhavya B+(ind)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Bhavya Constructions Pvt. Ltd. a national long-term rating of Fitch B+(ind).

The outlook is stable.

The agency said it has also assigned Bhavya's 75 million rupees proposed fund-based working capital facility a Fitch B+(ind)(exp) rating.

Fitch noted that the ratings reflect weak cash position and significant legal commitments amid weak demand for real estate.
