New issue: Israel’s Bezeq prices NIS 788.45 million of bonds in two series

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 15 – Bezeq - the Israel Telecommunication Corp. Ltd. said it priced NIS 788.45 million of bonds in two separate offers on Wednesday, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonds include NIS 388,451,000 of series 9 bonds with a 3.65% coupon and NIS 400 million of series 10 bonds with a 2.2% coupon. The series 10 bonds are linked to the consumer price index.

The company offered up to 400,000 units of each series at NIS 1,000 each. It received bids for 388,451 units of the series 9 bonds and 442,988 units of the series 10 bonds.

Bezeq is a telecommunication provider based in Tel Aviv.
