Best Buy plans to price senior notes via five bookrunners

Los Angeles, Sept. 29 – Best Buy Co., Inc. plans to price an offering of senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The consumer electronics company is based in Richfield, Minn.
