St. Louis, June 23 - Belden Inc. will host an investor call at 10 a.m. ET on Wednesday for its $200 million offering of 10-year senior subordinated notes (Ba2/B+/), according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price later Wednesday.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing debt under the company's senior secured credit facility.
