Moody’s rates Beazer notes B3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a B3 rating to Beazer Homes USA, Inc.’s proposed $350 million senior unsecured notes due 2029.

Beazer also is getting a $150 million term loan that won’t be rated.

Proceeds will be used to retire notes due 2022 and fund a premium.

The notes are rated the same as Beazer’s B3 corporate family and senior unsecured notes ratings.
