India’s Barclays Investments board to convene Tuesday over debentures

Columbus, Ohio, May 1 – Barclays Investments & Loans (India) Ltd’s board of directors will meet Tuesday to consider approval of a draft information memorandum for issuance of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.

The meeting was announced in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Barclays Investments & Loans (India) provides corporate and other financing solutions in India. It is based in Mumbai.
