Chicago, May 31 – Banque Saudi Fransi listed its $900 million 4.75% sukuk with a five-year tenor on the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday, according to a press release and the listing.
The bank conducted the sale through May 25.
Special purpose vehicle BSF Sukuk Co. Ltd. is listed as the issuer.
Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc, Mizuho International plc and Saudi Fransi Capital were joint lead managers for the Regulation S issue.
The order books went above $2.9 billion.
Proceeds will be used for Islamic finance business.
The full-service commercial bank is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
