New Issue: Bank of Montreal sells $150 million one-year floating-rate notes

Columbus, Ohio, March 16 – Bank of Montreal issued $150 million of one-year floating-rate senior notes at par, according to a notice on Thursday.

The Regulation S floaters are issued under the bank’s $20 billion note issuance program and will pay interest at SOFR plus 25 basis points.

The notes are non-callable.

Credit Agricole CIB is the dealer.

Application has been made to list the notes on the London Stock Exchange effective March 16.

Bank of Montreal is a Montreal-based banking and financial services provider.
