New Issue: Bank of China sells $300 million floating-rate notes due 2021

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 9 – Bank of China Ltd.’s Macau Branch priced $300 million of floating-rate notes under the bank’s $40 billion medium-term note program, according to a notice on Thursday.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Mizuho Securities are the placement agents.

Listing of the notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. is expected to become effective Friday.

The bank is based in Beijing.
